In addition, we have built numerous “over the water” decks at the harbor and gang planks to get to your dock. I know how hard it is to get a good company to come out for that type of job. Most won’t attempt these projects. Others have a waiting list that is months out.

Another specialization of KMS is in exposed beam patio covers. Making the wood look like interlocking one-piece units is our goal. Hanging doors and installing windows is an art in itself. We take this type of installation very seriously. We pay fine attention to water proofing correctly and matching the reveals, so they look and separate correctly.

Our tile jobs speak for themselves! I was taught by an old time tile setter (my uncle) how to do things the right way… no short cuts with fine attention to straight line and detail.
