Are you looking for a contractor with quality
workmanship and dependability?

These values are so hard to find these days. I will personally, as the owner, see your project to its finality. I strive to be a contractor that pays attention to the needs and wishes of the client. We work hard to make your build experience as pleasant as possible.

Here at KMS, we aim to please! I have over 30 years of experience and 8 years in business. I have built buildings as big as 15,000 sq. ft. and as small as knocking out a couple of walls to enlarge a bathroom. I take every job with the same importance, no matter how big or small.

I specialize in framing, concrete custom tile jobs, decks, patio covers, fences, re-models and room additions. I have been framing for over 30 years. I am on site, usually with my bags on, every step of the framing process. We also specialize in building custom stairs, from free standing radius to straight runs.

Ensure They're Licensed And Insured Don't take someone's word for doing it: Have a look at their paperwork yourself and in case you hire them, make copies with their important documents. Should anything happen during construction, you're gonna have to protect yourself as well as your property. 3. Don't Hire People You're Not Comfortable Around Because you'll be working so closely with the team, maybe even for an extended period of time, you want to successfully and your family members feel relaxed around them. Believe in instincts, as well as the good reputation you've investigated ahead of the job even starts. 4. Ask To See Previous Work It's always a good idea to inspect the prior work for any construction professional, to ensure you approve from the quality and it's stood the exam of your energy. 5. Ask To Speak With Previous Clients While you're considering past jobs, go ahead and talk to individuals the project was given to ask if the crew showed through to time, stuck to the estimates and completed high-quality work. 6. Seek Out Specialists For The Particular Job(s) If you're getting your bathroom remodeled, you don't genuinely wish to engage a landscaper to make it happen. Engage a professional who specializes in the exact job you're looking to have performed. 7. Ask Different Contractors For Estimates While you search for your ideal contractor, request rough estimates. Though they won't quote you exact figures, you'll get a good idea of what you're in for. 8. Get Every Detail Hammered Outside In A Contract After you've hired your team, just before they start work, have all the details of the work explained in the written and legally binding contract. 9. Check If They Guarantee Their Work Prior to signing on the dotted line, ask them to include information regarding which kind of guarantee they provide to the work they're planning to do. Ensure it covers all the specifics that relate to your position. 10. Know What's Expected People A construction team should work in and around the home when it's empty, by way of example, or they could expect you to have furniture moved out from certain rooms before they arrive. Ask about these little things, in order to avoid future surprises and also to understand everything that your team will take care of. The group you hire to mend or modify your house needs to be high quality in several ways. You need to trust remarkable ability to perform a high-quality job and you have to know you're getting linked to the best types of people. These 10 tips can help you hire the ideal contractor for your jobs you might have waiting.
