Are you looking for a contractor with quality
workmanship and dependability?

These values are so hard to find these days. I will personally, as the owner, see your project to its finality. I strive to be a contractor that pays attention to the needs and wishes of the client. We work hard to make your build experience as pleasant as possible.

Here at KMS, we aim to please! I have over 30 years of experience and 8 years in business. I have built buildings as big as 15,000 sq. ft. and as small as knocking out a couple of walls to enlarge a bathroom. I take every job with the same importance, no matter how big or small.

I specialize in framing, concrete custom tile jobs, decks, patio covers, fences, re-models and room additions. I have been framing for over 30 years. I am on site, usually with my bags on, every step of the framing process. We also specialize in building custom stairs, from free standing radius to straight runs.

Ask To Speak With Previous Clients While you're thinking about past jobs, go on and talk to the people the job was given to ask if the crew showed through to time, stuck towards the estimates and completed high-quality work. 6. Search For Specialists For Your Personal Particular Job(s) If you're getting your bathroom remodeled, you don't really need to employ a landscaper to accomplish it. Engage a professional who concentrates on the specific job you're looking to did. 7. Ask Different Contractors For Estimates As you search for your ideal contractor, demand rough estimates. Though they won't quote you exact figures, you'll obtain a good notion of what you're in for. 8. Get All The Details Hammered In A Legal Contract After you've hired your team, but before they start work, have all the details of the task explained within a written and legally binding contract. 9. Determine Whether They Guarantee Their Work Before you sign on the dotted line, ask them to include information regarding what kind of guarantee they supply for the work they're likely to do. Ensure it covers all of the specifics that affect your circumstances. 10. Know What's Expected People A construction team may need to work in and around the home when it's empty, by way of example, or they can expect you to definitely have furniture moved out of certain rooms before they arrive. Inquire about these little things, to protect yourself from future surprises and also to understand anything that your team is going to take care of. They you hire to correct or modify your house needs to be top-notch in a number of ways. You want to trust their ability to do a high-quality job and you have to know you're getting involved with the correct sorts of people.
