Are you looking for a contractor with quality
workmanship and dependability?

These values are so hard to find these days. I will personally, as the owner, see your project to its finality. I strive to be a contractor that pays attention to the needs and wishes of the client. We work hard to make your build experience as pleasant as possible.

Here at KMS, we aim to please! I have over 30 years of experience and 8 years in business. I have built buildings as big as 15,000 sq. ft. and as small as knocking out a couple of walls to enlarge a bathroom. I take every job with the same importance, no matter how big or small.

I specialize in framing, concrete custom tile jobs, decks, patio covers, fences, re-models and room additions. I have been framing for over 30 years. I am on site, usually with my bags on, every step of the framing process. We also specialize in building custom stairs, from free standing radius to straight runs.

Roofing Repair Moorpark - Contractor Hiring Tips: 10 Methods To Do The Job When you want a contractor, you want to make sure to hire the ideal person or team for the task. This isn't easy, because the situation can easily become a little more complicated than you ever anticipated. The following 10 tips may help you make the right decisions: 1. Look For Locals If you can locate a local contractor who has been around in business for a few years, achieve this. Someone with a local past and reputation is easier to research and far more likely to be 100% reliable. 2. Be Sure They're Licensed And Insured Don't just take someone's word for doing it: Have a look at their paperwork yourself and when you hire them, make copies of their important documents. Should anything happen during construction, you're gonna have to protect yourself as well as your property. 3. Don't Hire People You're Not Comfortable Around Because you'll work so closely together with the team, maybe even to have an extended length of time, you desire to ensure that you and your family members feel at ease around them. Have confidence in instincts, and also the good reputation you've investigated just before the job even starts. 4. Ask To Discover Previous Work It's always a good idea to inspect the prior work for any construction professional, to ensure you approve of your quality and it's stood the test of time. 5. Ask To Talk With Previous Clients While you're considering past jobs, go on and talk to people the job was provided to ask if the crew showed through to time, stuck to the estimates and completed high-quality work. 6. Search For Specialists For The Particular Job(s) If you're having your bathroom remodeled, you don't really want to hire a landscaper to accomplish it. Engage a professional who focuses on the precise job you're trying to did. 7. Ask Different Contractors For Estimates As you may hunt for your ideal contractor, ask for rough estimates. Although they won't quote you exact figures, you'll obtain a good concept of what you're in for. 8. Get All The Information Hammered Out In A Legal Contract After you've hired your team, before they start work, supply the specifics of the work explained in the written and legally binding contract. 9. Determine If They Guarantee Their Work Prior to signing about the dotted line, ask them to include info about which kind of guarantee they offer for that work they're planning to do. Make sure it covers all the specifics that apply to your circumstances. 10. Know What's Expected Individuals A construction team should work in and round the home when it's empty, for example, or they could expect one to have furniture moved from certain rooms before they arrive. Inquire about these little things, in order to avoid future surprises and also to understand anything that your team will take good care of. The team you hire to repair or modify your house must be high quality in numerous ways. You would like to trust their ability to carry out a high-quality job and you must know you're getting involved with the correct forms of people. These 10 tips can help you hire the best contractor to the jobs you possess waiting.
