Are you looking for a contractor with quality
workmanship and dependability?

These values are so hard to find these days. I will personally, as the owner, see your project to its finality. I strive to be a contractor that pays attention to the needs and wishes of the client. We work hard to make your build experience as pleasant as possible.

Here at KMS, we aim to please! I have over 30 years of experience and 8 years in business. I have built buildings as big as 15,000 sq. ft. and as small as knocking out a couple of walls to enlarge a bathroom. I take every job with the same importance, no matter how big or small.

I specialize in framing, concrete custom tile jobs, decks, patio covers, fences, re-models and room additions. I have been framing for over 30 years. I am on site, usually with my bags on, every step of the framing process. We also specialize in building custom stairs, from free standing radius to straight runs.

This isn't always easy, because the situation can easily be a little more complicated than you ever anticipated. The next 10 tips can help you make the right decisions: 1. Search For Locals If you can get a local contractor who has been doing business for a few years, do so. Make Certain They're Licensed And Insured Don't simply take someone's word for this: Take a look at their paperwork yourself and when you hire them, make copies with their important documents. Should anything happen during construction, you're going to need to protect yourself and your property. 3. Don't Hire People You're Not Comfortable Around Because you'll work so closely with the team, maybe even for an extended length of time, you desire to make sure you and your loved ones members feel at ease around them. Have confidence in instincts, and also the good reputation you've investigated just before the job even starts. 4. Ask To Find Out Previous Work It's always a great idea to inspect the previous work of any construction professional, to make sure you approve from the quality and it's stood the test of your time. 5. Ask To Talk To Previous Clients While you're looking at past jobs, go on and talk to those the project was provided to find out if the crew showed high on time, stuck on the estimates and completed high-quality work. 6. Seek Out Specialists For The Particular Job(s) If you're having your bathroom remodeled, you don't actually want to engage a landscaper to make it happen. Engage a professional who is an expert in the precise job you're seeking to have done. 7. Ask Different Contractors For Estimates As you may seek out your ideal contractor, ask for rough estimates. While they won't quote you exact figures, you'll get a full idea of what you're in for. 8. Get Every Piece Of Information Hammered Outside In A Binding Agreement After you've hired your team, but before they start work, supply the details of the position spelled out in a written and legally binding contract. 9. Check If They Guarantee Their Work Prior to signing around the dotted line, ask them to include info about what type of guarantee they provide for your work they're planning to do. Be sure it covers each of the specifics that pertain to your needs. 10. Know What's Expected Individuals A construction team should are employed in and round the home when it's empty, by way of example, or they can expect anyone to have furniture moved away from certain rooms before they arrive. Find out about these little things, to avoid future surprises as well as to understand anything that your team will take care of. They you hire to mend or modify your house must be top-notch in several ways. You need to trust remarkable ability to do a high-quality job and you must know you're getting linked to the correct forms of people.
